What we collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect the information needed to run the store: your name, email address, shipping addresses, order history and, optionally, an avatar. This data is stored in our content platform (Directus) and is only used to fulfil your orders and manage your account.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address so we can send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If you contact us through the contact form, we receive the message and email address you provide so we can reply.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and never touch or get stored on Mariita's servers. We only receive a confirmation of the payment and a receipt reference.

What we don't do

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing, and we do not profile you. Your cart, wishlist and session are kept in your own browser — see the Cookie Policy for details.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile and addresses from your account page at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data, contact us through thecontact page and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
