Ordering
By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. An order is confirmed once payment is completed; you'll receive an itemized receipt by email. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is out of stock or was listed with an obvious pricing error.
Prices & payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we accept the payment methods shown at checkout. The amount you pay is always the amount shown in your order summary — the total is recalculated and verified on our servers before payment.
Shipping
Shipping costs a flat $6 and is free on orders of $60 or more. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your order history. If a shipment is delayed or lost, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Returns
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, reach out within 14 days of delivery via the contact page and we'll replace it or refund you. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products can't be returned unless faulty.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see thePrivacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
